Payments.
To confirm reservations, the deposit of 30% is required by 31-12-2009
Bookings will be accepted on a first come basis, secured by the 30% deposit.
Cheques should be made payable to 'S M Kluwgant'.

Meals Only.
Meals provided for visitors of guests at the resort will be charged at $60 per person per meal.
Please notify administration prior to your arrival, the number of visitors you wish to invite and for which meals.
Please be aware that there are no refunds for missed meals.

Terms and Conditions.
All prices are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST.
30% deposit required by 31-12-2009 to secure reservations.
Balance payable by 15-02-2010.
Costs do not include transport to and from the resort, and all items of a personal nature such as laundry, telephone calls, newspapers, medical expenses etc
Please make sure that all your medical and travel insurances are current.

Refunds and Cancellations.
A full refund less the reservation deposit will be made if you cancel up to 50 days prior to your scheduled date of arrival at the resort.
If you cancel 49-30 days prior to your scheduled date of arrival, you will receive 50% of the total amount paid.
29-16 days, a refund of 25%
15 days or less, NO REFUND.
Your reservation and deposit confirm that you have read, understood and agree to each and all above conditions.
